Pre-release status

Yellphone is preparing for release through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Website descriptions, availability, pricing, supported devices, and features may change before the public release.

Using the website and demo

You may browse the website and play its voice previews for personal, non-commercial use. Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it excessively, or use it to distribute harmful code.

The interactive phone on the website is a product preview. It does not listen through your microphone and is not a browser-based phone finder.

Using the app

Yellphone is a novelty phone-finding utility. It is not guaranteed to hear every yell, operate through every lock or background state, or locate a device in every environment. Do not rely on it for emergencies, personal safety, theft recovery, or protection of important property.

You are responsible for using the app safely, keeping device permissions under your control, and respecting people around you. Flash features can affect people who are sensitive to flashing lights. Turn Flash off if needed.

Purchases and app stores

Downloads, the one-time lifetime purchase, and standard refunds are handled by Apple or Google under the rules of the applicable store. RevenueCat validates the purchase and restores paid access. “Lifetime” means access to the paid unlock for as long as the Yellphone app and that unlock remain commercially available and supported through the applicable store. It is not a subscription, but it does not promise perpetual service, permanent store availability, or compatibility with every future operating-system version. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Creator Reward

The Creator Reward is a separate promotional offer. Eligibility, view thresholds, proof requirements, payment method, and anti-fraud rules are described in the Creator Reward Terms. The offer does not begin until Yellphone announces that it is live.

Intellectual property

The Yellphone name, logo, visual design, app interface, source materials, voice recordings, sound effects, copy, and website content are owned by or licensed to Yellphone and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, redistribute, sell, imitate, reverse engineer, or create confusingly similar commercial materials from them except where applicable law expressly allows it.

Third-party services

Yellphone may rely on operating-system services, app stores, device APIs, hosting providers, and social platforms. Those services have their own terms and may change or become unavailable.

No warranties

To the extent permitted by law, the website and app are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device, or that every feature will work in every location or operating-system state.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Yellphone is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, lost devices, missed alerts, or damage caused by misuse. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. We may update the terms when the product or legal requirements change. The effective date shows the latest version.
